About Marcille Sibley
I grew up in Maine, listening to gong buoys clanging off shore at night, riding my bicycle to Portland Headlight, and taking the ferry to visit my grandparents on Peaks Island. I love Maine, but alas, I can no longer live there. The job, the husband, and the children take precedence. I’m a Mainer living in exile. Still, I can’t resist setting my stories along the coast of Maine.
I work per diem as a neonatal intensive care nurse and write in every spare second.
My short fiction, Her First Day, has appeared in MiPoesias.
My new novel, DAY OF LIFE, is a completed work of women’s fiction.
